Goods can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at Kitesurf Wales within 14 days: in new condition, with the original packaging, labelling and original receipt. The 14 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, recorded delivery for your security. Please note: all return postage charges to be met by customer, unless returning due to a fault. All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you return an item to us, please enclose your name and address and goods description, which should be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your returns number given to you when you contact us, in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition with original packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. CDs, videos, games and DVDs will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us. You can also return goods to our shop for an exchange or refund but please bring your invoice/receipt with you.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and sometimes by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
